Named after the futuristic planet in the British science fiction television series Dr. Who, Gallifrey embraces the quirky and creative, focused on pushing the world towards a better future. At Gallifrey, we believe a better future must consist of the following.

OUR STORY
bEGINS IN 2018.
The Gallifrey team consists of former consultants in the real estate industry (lawyers, builders, and engineers) who are now empowered to take ownership and build on their depth of knowledge to design and develop projects with an elevated level of creativity. From this, Gallifrey's first projects consist of an urban farm in a food desert and a "small-home" or cottage cluster community, designed to provide missing middle housing or housing at a much lower price point than what is currently on the market. In addition, Gallifrey is cognizant of the real estate industry's past (and sometimes current) role in perpetuating racial inequality, and therefore believes the industry should look to foster diversity and inclusiveness.

Nicole is a third generation builder and developer. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2015 and has called Charlottesville home ever since. She has experience in many dimensions of the real estate industry. Nicole has worked at a private equity firm and a real estate brokerage firm. Most recently, she worked as a land use and zoning attorney at a mid-sized law firm. Determined to contribute to producing a more beautiful and equitable world, Nicole founded the real estate development and design company, Gallifrey, in September 2018.
